What Breads Are Included?

Signature Sourdough - This bread is made with two types of wheat, some spelt and some rye. Around a third of the grain used in this loaf is milled daily in our Austrian stone mill giving it a unique aroma of freshly milled grain. This loaf is the winner of a Gold (2019/2022), a Bronze (2021) and Reserve Champion (2019) at the Scottish Bread Championships.
White Sourdough - A crusty loaf with a light and fluffy texture. It boasts a characteristic chew and unique flavour. This loaf won Gold at Royal Highland Show (2021) and silver (2022).
Seeded Sourdough - A deliciously moreish loaf. Using the same dough as the signature, we add our seed mixture of sunflower, flax and pumpkin then roll it in poppy seeds before baking. The resulting bread is beautifully fragrant with a nutty flavour. Winner of the Royal Highland Show Gold Supreme Champion (2022).
