When your bread is collected from the bakery by our courier, you will receive a message with a tracking number. On the day of delivery, you will receive a message in the morning with a 2-hour delivery timeframe.
Your nominated delivery day assumes you live in one of our next-day delivery areas, which is the vast majority of the UK. However, some postcodes are subject to longer delivery times.
2-day delivery guaranteed for AB30, AB33 – AB38, AB42 – AB45, AB52 – AB56, DD8 – DD9, IV21 – IV24, IV26 – IV28, IV40, IV52 – IV54, KW1 – KW14, PA36, PA40, PH30, PH31, PH33 – PH41.
2/5-day delivery guaranteed for HS1 – HS9, IV41 – IV51, IV55 – IV56, KA27 – KA28, KW15 – KW17, PA20, PA41 – PA49, PA60 – PA78, PH42 – PH44, ZE1 – ZE3.
At the moment, we only deliver to the UK.
Delivery timeframes can only be communicated if full contact details are provided at checkout and note of an alternative accessible safe place are left in the notes. If your bread is late, but you have provided all required information, we will send you another loaf.
Kindly note that we do not accept returns because the product is perishable.
